The ATL Marathon 2020 is being launched for the school students. It is a national level innovation challenge, where schools identify community problems of their choice and develop innovative solutions in the form of working prototypes. The innovative solutions are recognized and presented at several national and international level platforms.
This year’s ATL Marathon 2020 will draw inspiration from AtmanirbharBharat and align itself with the 17 goals of the “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” (SDG) adopted by all United Nations Member States. The ATL Marathon will rest on the 5 pillars of AtmanirbharBharat
- Economy
- Infrastructure
- System
- Demography
- Demand
All solutions need to be backed by strong research work to truly grasp the brevity of the problem at hand. As always the teachers and mentors will play a pivotal role in being the guiding light to all young innovators.
School Students will have an opportunity to vote on a problem statement under each of these pillars and finally work on a solution to the problem by building a prototype and implementing it.
The top 2 most popular problems statements will be chosen under each category after the voting.
