Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India, the implementing agency of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana is going to celebrate 3rd Jan Aushadhi Diwas on 7th March 2021. On this occasion, an Aushadhi Diwas Essay Contest is being organized.
Celebration of Jan Aushadhi Diwas week will commence on 1st March 2021. However, 3rd March of this week will be celebrated with the theme “Teach Them Young”.
On this day, PMBJP kendras and other stakeholders will interact with school students, colleges, pharmacy colleges, medical colleges, etc. to educate them about generic medicines.
To increase the awareness in the society an essay contest is being organized with the following themes-
1. Generic Drugs- Why should you prefer
2. Jan Aushadhi Kendra- An answer for challenges for high medical cost
3. Jan Aushadhi- Sewa Bhi-Rozgar Bhi
The interested participant should submit the write-up in PDF file format only. It should be ensured that the write-up text should be submitted in readable Font, with a font size to be 12 or 14. To ensure readability the line spacing should be 1.15 only.
The winners of the essay competition shall be given a cash prize of (1st) Rs. 5000/-, (2nd) Rs. 3000/- and (3rd) Rs. 1500/-.
Note: Participation from 14 years and above age group students only.
The maximum word limit is 500 words.
