Brain Awareness Week an annual event to be commemorated by the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar from 15th March 2021. The event shall be conducted online.
The objective of to inform and educate people about the ‘wonders of brain’ and motivate young researchers to pursue studies in brain sciences. It shall be a seven-day event having talks, workshops, panel discussions, and competitions.
A special competition has been curated for students of Classes 9 to 12 as well. Those students who are interested can register on the IIT Gandhinagar website for the online event.
About Junior Research Competition and Stories of Scientists
The Junior Research Competition is for school students of Classes 9 to 12 who shall present their research on March 20th. While Stories of Scientists for working scientists to submit prose, poetry, and art on the life and work of any scientist currently working in the area of Brain Sciences.
