Out of the 1928 top co-ed day schools ranked by the Education World magazine in its All-India School Rankings 2020-21 published in November, City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I, with a total score of 1267, is the top school of Uttar Pradesh and Lucknow.
Also, CMS Kanpur Road and Aliganj campuses have been ranked 11th and 13th respectively in Uttar Pradesh while CMS Gomti Nagar Extension campus has been placed at 14th rank among the 144 co-ed day schools ranked in the state. The schools are ranked out of a total mark of 1550.
The scores place CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I at rank 33 nationally in the co-ed day schools category, out of 1928 top schools, i.e., in the top 1.7% of co-ed schools nationally.
