The 5-day International Literary Cultural Fest in School ‘Euphoria 2021’ organized by City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I was formally inaugurated online today by the Chief Guest Mr. Brijesh Pathak, Minister, Law & Justice, UP. In his address delivered on this occasion, Mr. Pathak said that literature and culture are what make the future generation. Singing, music, arts, and literature is the most effective medium to prepare all students for the betterment of humanity, and for this, the CMS family deserves great appreciation. Mr. Pathak said that such educational-cultural festivals infuse great confidence in children.

Earlier, the spectacular opening ceremony of Euphoria 2021 had an all-encompassing presentation of an educational-cultural program that mesmerized everyone. The inaugural ceremony began with School Prayer, All Religions, and World Unity Prayer, Choreography based on the prayer song ‘Sooraj Ki Garmi’, Fairy Tales, and Indian classical dance were well appreciated. Apart from this, through a brilliant performance in World Parliament, the students discussed the complex problems of the world and explained their solutions. On this occasion, a recording of Vyom Ahuja, a talented student of the campus who has been awarded ‘Rashtriya Bal Puraskar’ by the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi was also played. Student participants from various countries of the world introduced themselves in style.
Speaking on the occasion, Founder of CMS and renowned educationist, Dr. Jagdish Gandhi said that this international festival will not only become a wonderful confluence of knowledge and art but will also prove to be the best platform for the exchange of ideas among future generations. CMS President, Dr. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon said that in this era of globalization, students should be familiar with the culture and literature of different countries because this is the means through which the message of world unity and peace can be spread throughout the world. Convener of Euphoria and Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs. Abha Anant blessed the students from India and abroad for a bright future. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr. Hari Om Sharma said that the Euphoria-2021, inaugurated today will continue till the 9th of February. The competitions organized today at this international event included the preliminary round of Wordsmith and Melange competitions. Tomorrow, on the second day, Madhubani Musings (Madhubani Painting), Gitanjali (Poetry Writing), Shastrath (Debate), Subhashita (Extempore), and the final round of Wordsmith competition will be held.
