According to the latest Tweet from CBSE, a facial recognition system (Face Matching Technology) has been introduced in the DigiLocker. This will assist the students to access digital documents on platforms like Parniaam Manjusha and DigiLocker.
The application will capture a live photograph of the student and match it with the photograph on CBSE admit card. In order to receive the documents, the photographs should successfully match.

Students can now download Class 10th and 12th documents without providing ADHAAR Card or mobile number.
Previously in order to check the result school students were required to use phone numbers registered with CBSE and ADHAAR number.
Currently, students can download the documents for 47 educational institutions like CBSE (16 documents), National Institute of Open Schooling (6 documents), UP Board (2 documents), Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (4 documents), Assam State Board of Secondary Education (1 document), Karnataka State Board (1 document), Jharkhand State Board (4 documents), etc.
At this time for CBSE the documents are available from the year, 2004 to 2020 in the repository. Approx. 12 crores digital academic documents are available – DigiLocker.
