Rishan Haldar, a class 3 student of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus brought laurels to the city. He achieved the first rank globally in the International English Olympiad.
This Olympiad was organized under the aegis of Science Olympiad Foundation, New Delhi, wherein students of several countries participated.
Amidst tough competition, Rishan exhibited his talent and proficiency in the English language and won the first prize.
Thus he was awarded a gold medal and a certificate for his outstanding achievement. CMS Founder, Dr. Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Rishan and expressed his gratitude to the Principal and teachers of his school.

He informed that CMS is striving to make its students proficient in English besides teaching them their mother tongue Hindi.
