National Level Scientific Creativity Competition Jigyasa Vigyan Mahotsav 2022 is being organized by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) under the Ministry of Science & Technology.
The school students should show their creativity in form of Comics, Science Fiction, Infographics, and Videos that can be made in English or Hindi. Apps development and Animated videos must be developed in English alone. The competition would be held in contemporary science and technology areas of (1) Energy (2) Health (3) Artificial Intelligence (4) Climate Change (5) Water Conservation (6) Disaster Mitigation, and (7) Agrotechnology.
Highlights of the competition: –
- The competition is available for the school students of classes VIII to XII.
- The Competition is free to enter, and the participants must be Indian Citizens.
- The last date for submission is 30th April 2022
- A single student or a team of 2 to a maximum of 5 students can apply for the competition.
- The Competition is free to enter, and the participants must be Indian Citizens.
- If an individual wins the competition, the total prize will be provided to the winner, however, if a team wins, the total prize will be provided to the whole team.
- Each team member will receive separate certificates.
- Formats for submission:
- Comic and Science Fiction – .pdf format
- Infographics – JPEG format with size less than 5 MB
- Videos and Animation – .mp4 format
- App development – .apk format with support document in pdf format.

Up to 75 winners will receive cash prizes and certificates.
- Grand Prize: Rs. 1.00 Lakh each for the top 5 contents
- Gold Prize: Rs. 50,000 each for the next top 10 contents
- Silver Prize: Rs. 20,000 each for the next 20 contents
- Bronze Prize: Rs. 10,000 each for the next 40 contents
