Dreek Roy Mehta, a five-year-old student of City Montessori School, Chowk Campus earned a place in India Book of Records by becoming the ‘Youngest to perform Surya Namaskar’.
A naturally versatile child, Dreek benefitted from the all-around development provided by the school and entered the India Book of Records by successfully completing all the asanas of Surya Namaskar in the shortest time at the youngest age.
He took just 1 minute 41 seconds to complete all asanas of Surya Namaskar and earned the title of ‘Youngest to perform Surya Namasskar’ by India Book of Records.
